[ Thanks to a helpful carpet ride home from Team Rider, the two of them are now back safe and sound in their shared dorm room, having likely clambered in from the window for stealth purposes. It turns out cutting someone in half kind of turns into a bloodbath... even their face and hair is spattered with (now dried) blood, despite their dark clothes hiding the worst of it all.
As the two of them settle back in to their makeshift headquarters, they keep their left hand steadily pressed against the hole in their right arm from one of Yuki's marbles, their lack in mana contributing to their lessened ability to stop the bleeding on their own. Upon closer inspection, the blood that seeps through their fingers looks closer to ink than anything else, staining their hand with pitch. ]
We should stay quiet. Someone could have followed us...
